About
The Rockland Flag Football League was established in 1991, the current President is Fred Epps. The 36th season will open with exhibition games on Wednesday August 5th, Monday August 10th and Wednesday August 12th 2026. The regular season will kick-off on Monday August 17th, 2026 and end on Sunday October 25th, 2026. Playoffs will begin with Quarter Final games on Wednesday October 28th, followed by semifinal games on Sunday November 1st. The crowning of the Silver Cup XXXVI Champions on Saturday November 7th will end the season.
