About
The Rockland Flag Football League was established in 1991, the current President is Fred Epps. The 32nd season will open with exhibition games August 3rd , 8th and 10th 2022. The regular season will kick-off on August 15th, 2022 and end October 23th, 2022. Playoffs will begin with Quarter Final games on October 26th, followed by Semi Final games on October 30th. The crowning of the Silver Cup XIX Champions on November 5th will end the season.
The draft will take place at Gab's Sports Bar on Friday, August 12th at 19:00.
